The Laxia project is situated south of the village of Dierohna, around 40m drive inland from the coastal city of Limmassol. Some underground adits were completed historically, with mapping and sampling by past explorers showing impressive grades such as 8m @ 11.2% Cu and 4m @ 16.8% Cu. Drilling in 2013/14 by a past owner revealed high grade intercepts including 2.6m @ 4.2g/t Au, 1.7% Cu (from 118m, LMD011); 4.2m @ 1.7% Cu, 1.2g/t Au, 0.15% Co (from 33m, LMD005) and 4.3m @ 2.53% Cu from 31m (LMD002). With the potential orebody traced over 1km in strike length, first drilling is to focus on the western part where greater thickness is observed.
